Front

Walk up a few steps from your two reserved spaces in front of the townhouse. Don't worry about the front lawn; the HOA will take care of it (included in the rent.) For added energy savings there is a storm door and 7 day programmable thermostat. Walk into large open floor plan. Wash up in the half bath on the first floor. Upstairs the master bedroom has vaulted ceilings. The large second and third bedrooms are quietly tucked in the back of the house. Down stairs the basement has nine foot ceilings and another full bath. Exit to the backyard. Washer and dryer (included) are on the front side in a very well lit laundry room and storage area.

You'll have no problems with this many cabinets. The built-in microwave, dishwasher, and window over the sink only add to the convenience. You can't see the doors to the dining room, which close so you can't see the dirty dishes during dinner.

Kitchen pantry

One of the nicest features of the kitchen is the huge pantry. You'll never need to run down the the finished basement to grab something.

Rear deck

This is the view of the back deck. Walk out to it from sliding glass doors. The yard is completely fenced. You can almost see the privacy wall on the right.
